My divorce was final 5 years ago. my ex was not entitled to my 401k, since it was started after the divorce. Her lawyer gave my company a subpoena to send her all of my personal info, including 401k info. I sent my company a court transcript where the judge stated my ex was not entitled to my money but that was not sufficient. This attorney has been told this more than 3 times that the 401k is off limits yet she is still trying to get to my money. what can i file to block my company from sending out my personal info. even if she's not entitled, i do not want her to have my info

Your attorney should make a motion to quash the subpoena.
