How do I complete my divorce, when ex fails to complete final papers (ordered by judge)?

We have been before judge he has failed to file his final paper to complete the divorce.

You need to submit a judgment of divorce along with other required documents that the court or state requires.

You should return to court and seek the court's assistance with either obtaining or bypassing his signature so that you can proceed.

That is a tricky question. If your ex has filed a response or petition, then you have to file a Motion to Strike the pleading, and the file a request for default.

You don't provide enough information to understand what it is that your ex- is supposed to sign. Generally, if he is disobeying a court order the judge will be the one to answer your question based on what it is that needs his signature.
