How do I end the support to his mother and just help him?

More details to this question:
My son turns 18 in March. He lives with his mother and will not graduate from high school till he is at lest 20. He is of sound mind and health. My divorce papers do not spell anything out about when it stops. It stated at the time of the divorce more than 12 years ago that he was an unemancipated minor.

You would need to file the proper pleadings to stop the ongoing child support. If there are arrears then that will have to be paid. The best thing to do is consult with an attorney.

You should file for the termination but Florida Law allows child support until the 18th birthday or the graduation of high school, whichever occurs last but no later than the child's 19th birthday.
