QUESTION

How do I file a complaint against a lawyer? And does it deserve a complaint?

More details to this question:
My now ex-husband met with this lawyer in May of 2014 to discuss a non-contested divorce. It was a very simple divorce. He stated that we could be divorced by the end of June. He was paid in full and the divorce was in process. After several unanswered emails I finally received the divorce papers in the mail in November. The were completely wrong. He had the defendant and plaintiff reversed so my ex-husband has physical custody of the children and it stated I had to pay him support. I was very upset and contacted the lawyer immediately. He said it was his mistake and he would take a amended version to the judge to have him sign it. Here we are July of 2015 and I still have not received anything. I have copied all the numerous emails I have sent to him. I also have a nasty email he sent to me just recently. What should I do about this matter? Please advise
