QUESTION

How do I file for annulment in Florida?

Asked on Jun 11th, 2013 on Divorce - Florida
More details to this question:
I want to be granted an annulment in Florida. After one week of marriage my husband told me and wrote a notarized affidavit that he had no intentions of being married or keeping the contract. Had I been aware of this, the marriage would not have taken place. Where can I find cases that are similar to produce to our judge?

You have to file a petition for annulment with the court, alleging fraud.

Where you can find cases is in the Southern Reporter, it is probably at your local law library. If the marriage was consummated, then you need a divorce, not an annulment.
