How do I file for divorce if I have just recently moved to another state?

I moved to Texas in July and want a divorce from my husband who lives in New Hampshire. My husband will contest a divorce. How do I file in the state of Texas when we were married in New Hampshire? We have been separated physically since June 4th in Wisconsin.

You need to live in Texas for 6 months and in the county for 90 days prior to filing suit for divorce. I suggest you hire a lawyer.
