MY EX-HUSBAND TOOK OUT A LIEN AGAINST PROPERTY THAT WAS LISTED IN BOTH OF OUR NAMES IN 2000. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE LIEN BECAUSE MY SIGNATURE IS NOT ON THE SECURE DEBT PAPERS. THE LAND WAS REWARDED TO ME IN A DIVORCE SETTLEMENT BUT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE LIEN. THE JUDGE ON FEB. 11TH ORDERED HIM TO TAKE CARE OF SUCH DEBT BUT HE HAS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO DO SO.
