How do I prove that I am not divorced when my husband has passed away?

Does the death certificate list you as wife? That might do it.

If you have proof that you were validly married, it would be up to whomever says that you were divorced to show proof of the divorce by producing a Judgment of Divorce or Divorce Decree.

A marriage license proves the marriage, a Judgment of Divorce proves its ending, both are public records.
