How do I switch to a court appointed lawyer

More details to this question:
I paid my current lawyer 5000.00 for a divorce. I had kidney cancer and had 40% of both my kidneys removed and have no money left to pay his bill. I want to get this finished and think he is stalling to get paid which I understand but I need to get this done and move on . Do I have any options

You can't get a court appointed lawyer unless you are indigent...and even then there may be restrictions. If you want to try you can ask the court clerk or pro se office for assistance.
