Due to family pressure, and a stupid move on both our parts we got married in the state of Texas 15 years ago. We are both gay and have never consummated the marriage. We also abandoned each other right after the marriage. We are both in agreement that annulment is the right thing to do. I need advise on annulment procedures in the state of Maryland. I will await your reply.

If you were married in Texas you can get your annulment in Texas. Can't help with Maryland law; sorry.
