More details to this question:
My fiancรฉ was married before we met. Their marriage fell apart and they were separated for two years before we met. He had filed a couple of times and she made things very difficult. We have been together for 13 years with absolutely no contact with her. We don't know where she is and have children together.

These days, it is generally not that difficult to track most people down, unless they are deliberately trying to be hard to locate. Engage an experienced attorney to discuss the specifics of your situation and discuss your options.

If divorce was easy you wouldn't need an attorney. You need to talk to a local attorney; there are too many issues to answer in this venue.

You need to hire an attorney. They will know how to get this done, whether she can be located or not.

First of all you have to find her. Then you get her served with divorce papers. The best thing to do is hire a local family lawyer for this.
