Six months from the date the other party is served with the initiating papers. It is not automatic, finalizing paperwork has to be filed with the court to get it all done in six months.

In Arizona, there is a minimum timeframe of 60 days between the time the divorce is served on the Respondent and the time the final settlement documents can be submitted to the judge to sign. I recommend you consult with an attorney to discuss the process in greater detail.

If you have lived separate and apart for the requisite time period, 180 days no children or 365 with children, then it can be done quickly if both parties cooperate with one another. I have done then from 7 days to 30.

Depends. If there are no children involved and the parties submit a stipulation for divorce immediately after it is filed, then probably around 20 days. It depends on when the judge gets around to signing the decree. If there are children involved, then both parents will need to attend the Focus on the Child Class before the judge will enter the order. Also, with children, the judge may peruse the proposed order more closely, because there are issues that need to be handled correctly.

Even with an agreement the dissolution can not become final before six months has passed from the date of service on the respondent. However, you can finalize all of the property issues immediately but you will not be single again until the six months elapses.
