A marriage in Louisiana cannot be annulled unless it technically wasn't legal in the first place. If the requirements for a legal marriage were complied with, then the only way to end the marriage would be divorce or death of one of the parties.

In most cases, annulment has nothing to do with the length of marriage and everything to do with whether there is any reason the marriage is void or voidable. Some examples would be: one spouse was still married at the time of marriage. One spouse did not have capacity to consent to the marriage (was underage, was mentally ill, was inebriated), or one spouse deliberately defrauded the other spouse. In almost all cases, a divorce is preferable to annulment, but you should consult with an attorney to learn your options.

In Florida it is almost impossible to annual a marriage. Look at a dissolution pursuant Chapter 61, Florida statutes.

It depends.. generally marriages can only be annulled for certain reasons.. and before certain things happen otherwise you can always file for a divorce.
