Uncontested divorce. Wife filed and I signed. She got everything. We were married about 5 years and no kids. Her lawyer is keeping it out of court so I have to keep paying her insurance. It has been a year now.

1. Either party may schedule the Final Hearing. 2. Normally after one year of no action in the case the Clerk of Court will order a hearing to see if the case should be dismissed for lack of prosecution.
