More details to this question:
Been going through a divorce for 3 years had trial over 8 months ago, judge still has not given ruling on dissolution of marriage? What can I do? She resides in the home that I pay all the bills for the last three and half years. Lost my lawyer due to funds he did complete the trial although it’s been 8 months later the judge still has not gave me an answer. At the beginning of the divorce I was court ordered for temporary relief to pay her all expenses at the home have no more money or a job to pay these bills anymore can I be held in contempt even though the judge has my financial after David showing no income? I think the Ploy of taking long between the judge and her lawyer just a length on the time I pay her bills. Or waiting for me not to be able to pay for them and be thrown in jail. I offered her the house and everything in it just so she would sign the divorce papers.

I can't tell you. Is it possible the judge issued his ruling and sent it to your ex-attorney? You might try filing a complaint with your state's judicial tenure commission.

I would suggest you formally request a hearing. At the hearing, you can ask the Judge the status and when the matter will be finalized.
