The filing fee is $410 or thereabout, and a reasonable attorney fee is dependent upon the going rate in the area. I used to do them for $750, when uncontested. There does not seem to be much to contest in your case. Oh, you can believe those signs which say divorce $99. That, as you can see, is not even one-fourth of the filing fee.
