My divorce was final 7/1/15. I signed the QDRO 10/19/15. There has been no action since. My ex took two months dragging his feet, before I received child support. Is there a way to make sure he does not drag his feet again? How long does it typically take to get the monies from the QDRO? Thanks, Denice

Did your ex sign the QDRO? Was it then signed by the Judge? Was it then served upon the entity holding the funds/ If any of these steps was missed, nothing is happening. If all were accomplished, contact the folks holding the funds and ask whtere things are in the analysis of the QDRO. Good Luck.
