As long as you lived in the county where you filed for 90 days, you can continue with the divorce there.

A divorce enter in one county is good in any county, as long as that county is still in the same state . .for the simply resort that it is the State who grants the Divorce. : ie. divorce entered in Utah county, party subsequently moves to Summit County . . . the Divorce Decree applies in either county since the party still lives in Utah.

You may be able to handle all of the necessary paperwork by mail. Your question does not include enough facts to definitively answer the question. You should consult a family law attorney, which can be done by phone, to determine how you should proceed.

In Colorado moving to a different county won't change anything. If requested, a court in one county might approve transferring the case to the new county of residence, but nothing else would change.

It does not matter where you live now, you have a pending case for a divorce. You have a default and must now probably send in a notice that the case is ready to be set for trial. Follow the case management order or get an attorney.

You can finish the case in your old county. It's usually easier to do it that way than changing venue to your new county, but it would depend on individual circumstances.
