The new father has to acknowledge parantage or your current husband is presumed to be the father. The divorce judge probably won't halt anything but make sure you let your attorney and court now all updates on your pregnancy.

In Utah, any child conceived during the marriage is presumed by law to be offspring of the married couple. Even if the husband and wife know for a fact that the child with whom the wife is pregnant is not father by the husband, the law presumes the child to be the husband's offspring unless and until it is proven otherwise in a court proceeding and established by a court order. You should still be able to get divorced but it complicates the situation.
