Married a year, and my husband went to a attorney to begin divorce. We have no assets or anything together. I found out im 8 weeks pregnant and the attorney had advise him not to communicate with me. They advised me to bring a attorney for our face to face meeting. I don't understand we don't have anything together. I certainly don't want a divorce. What will happen in this meeting?

That depends - but the bottom line is that if he wants a divorce he is entitled to one, whether or not you consent. If the child is his, he's on the hook for child support, whether he gets a divorce or not.
