More details to this question:
I signed a Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed after we separtated. When I signed the form I did'n know it was for the Deed to the house. She told me it was to lower the mortgage payments. She sold the house and received $45,000. Under Community Property, Do I get Half?

In all liklihood the real property was community property prior to you signing the interspousal transfer deed. If you were tricked into signing that deed you certainly have an argument that you are entitled to half of the proceeds from the sale of the house. Are you getting divorced? Thanks,Jon
