If I divorced my husband, am I still entitled to his 401k plan?

I divorced my husband a few years ago. He got a job with railroad while we were married and got the 401k. I'm disabled.

You are entitled to it if it was in the divorce agreement. You should speak with your attorney about this and go over your final judgment.
