If I file for divorce, will I receive spousal support?

More details to this question:
I have been married for 4 months. I have health issues and recently going through physical therapy. I am currently 4 months pregnant by my husband, and we are having issues because it hurts to have intercourse. He kicked me out of our rental property.

Generally a four-month marriage is not long enough to get a person alimony. There are other factors to consider besides the length of the marriage that would work in your favor but given the short duration of the marriage I think a claim for alimony will be difficult.

4 months pregnant you will get child support if you keep custody of the child..Most likely you will NOT get separate spousal support with such a short marriage.
