More details to this question:
I'm not sure if I am divorced or not. I went to the county courthouse that I got married in and there is no documentation of a divorce. Could it be somewhere else. There is documentation of my marriage but not divorce.

If you filed for divorce, then you would need to go to the court in which it was filed. If you do not have a case number, you would give the clerk your name. If your spouse filed for divorce, then you would have needed to be served. If you were not served, you may wish to speak with your spouse to determine what has happened. It is likely that you were never divorced as divorce is a process and usually requires your involvement. If you cannot locate your spouse, you would need a Publication Divorce. If you can locate her, then you would need to file and have her served.
