Is a prenuptial valid/ enforcable if it has not been witnessed or notarized in Florida. The prenup was dated and signed before the wedding but we did not have it notarized.

You cannot determine validity by the presence of a notarization. If you are asking if it needs to be notarized, the answer is no.
