Is annulment possible due to lack of consummation three years later?

More details to this question:
My husband and I never consummated the marriage, and then moved to different states. Is it possible to annul our marriage still?

I would think that under the circumstances presented it would be possible, at least in Michigan, to seek an annulment as opposed to a divorce.
