Is it a legal dissolution if my husband filed my name that was never legally my name?

More details to this question:
I never changed my name after getting married. Does it matter if the name used on the dissolution papers is documented with my would be if legally changed name used on all filed/legal documentations? In other words is that a legal divorce if the name of the spouse that person is trying to divorce is not the name of their spouse? And does my not responding have any difference in that matter?

It sounds to me like you are trying to play a game in which you are way out of your league. Did you accept service of a certified letter or personal service? Are you known by the name in the divorce document? Are you in the State of Ohio? Each of these questions can have an impact upon your question. Please retain legal counsel as soon as possible. The court can always correct the name on the paperwork. If you don't respond your husband can get a divorce by default without you having a say in anything. No spousal support child support fair property division no attorney fees. You could lose all your rights.

That would not void the divorce, it is an error but not a fatal error in the case.
