If the divorce to you first wife was not finalized, you are still legally married to your first wife. Your second marriage would be a nullity because you cannot contract a second marriage while still legally married to another. You need to contact a family attorney in your area for assistance.

Divorce your first wife before you are charged with bigamy. You can only be married to one person at a time. The second marriage is void.

You definitely need to consult an experienced family lawyer to get matters straightened out. In all likelihood, your second marriage was not valid, but lots of facts need to be examined to be certain.
