QUESTION

Is palimony possible after I was fired and lost income?

More details to this question:
I have a palimony against person. We lived together for 6 years, took time out of work to take care of them, would always miss work so she could go to work. My job came second. She had better income. We had argument and I was locked out of house. They claimed I moved out but did not grab anything, just enough to stay a night at parent’s. I was guessing we would make up over next few days, even left saying she needed to think about this even though I was on lease. We both signed. She then threw my stuff in garage, separate from house. It has had rats in and out of there in past. I also paid bills but was never allowed back in by plaintiff to get documents because she had ashore term restraining order from verbal dispute even though cops were never called. No one was hurt. I was upset they never gave me 30 days, just to and only on her and her mother’s terms when they were off. I lost days at work. I had no uniform to go which led to my termination. She is claiming that I demanded property of hers. When they asked me to make a list, I did kept trying to send with no answers. I would call to but no answers were told. She had mom’s cell phone and she is claiming that I am disturbing her peace. I worked graveyard and she worked days. She said I was even calling her mother at all times of night while she had phone though. We shared a car together. I lost ride to get there. Only reason I would call was mostly to try to fix are relationship after 6 years together. I put a lot in to but she's trying to keep everything because she bought it. She made more even though I know I bought items myself and the said items were always called mine until separation. She got furniture, new couch, new bed, new fridge, PC and washer dryer. All items I took off work for installation. I feel I've been treated unfairly. She was injured before we moved to house last year. After the ACL surgery, had to move all by myself than took months off to help her shower, go to bathroom and even bought salt water.

I can not tell you if you have a palimony case. That depends on how the relationship was established and what promises were made at that time.

Palimony is only for value of services. You would have to prove the value of services and that you had an agreement for those services. The cost of attorney fees may be more than you could collect.
