Is there a no fault divorce?

More details to this question:
I now live here but I was married in another state. My spouse still lives there. Can I use that my spouse cheating on me and is now HIV positive as a reason to get a divorce?

New York is a no fault state and if you have lived here long enough to establish residency you can file your divorce here. In which case you would not need grounds just irreconcilable differences.
