Is there any way I can get a divorce court order withdrawn or changed?

More details to this question:
I was divorced in 2000 and was ordered to pay my exhusband $2500 within 12 months after his release from prison for CSC of my oldest daughter. Our divorce process went on for about 3 years when the judge threatened to throw it out of court so I gave in just to get it settled. I was under alot of mental distress uring this process because of what had happened and just wanted to be clear of this controling person. It has been about 18 months since his release and I do not have the money to give him.

The only way to change the terms of your JOD regarding what you owe your ex is if your ex is willing to consent to a modification of those terms, otherwise you owe the money and he could file a motion to enforce the judgment.
