Is there any way to finalize an agreed divorce without waiting for the 35 day default period to expire?

More details to this question:
New Jersey, papers filed, stamped, mailed to spouse who has filled out an Acknowledgement of Service. We have both signed and notarized a Property Settlement Agreement that says neither of us are splitting anything. Is there any process or form I can do to avoid the 35 day default period? We both want this done and over with as swiftly as possible. How soon can I file for the Final Judgment?

I believe that you can do a consent order for your spouse to sign that says they are waiving that period of time and so are you and submit all of the paperwok to the court.
