I am getting a divorce after 35 years. My husband moved out of state to his new flings house. He has stopped paying the bills that he paid. One being the mortgage. He wants half the equity in the divorce which i agreed to but told him he still needs to pay half the mortgage until the divorce is final in order to get half equity. He feels he shouldn't have to pay part of the mortgage since he has put into the mortgage while we were living together. Does he still have to pay every month? Another question is his persona property. He moved out over 3 months ago and still wont come and get his stuff. I just filed for divorce a month ago and want to know how long i have to keep his stuff.
