I hope that your spouse divorced you since it seems that he has married another woman!  In a divorce all issues such as division of property, assets and debts as well as support are addressed.  If you are, at this time, divorced then you would have addressed these issues.  If your ex remarries and then divorces that woman, these issues will have to be addressed again. The allocation of benefits depends on a number of factors, one of which is the length of the marriage.
