QUESTION

Married to a Narcissist

Asked on May 14th, 2014 on Divorce - New York
More details to this question:
My husband did the following: - Falsification of marriage affidavit. He stated in our marriage affidavit that he never got married although he is still married - Marrying a foreign nation without reporting which is a clear breach to the security clearance rules. - Bigamy (married to 3 ladies at the same time) - Sham marriage. He clearly asked me more than once to keep our marriage till he gets his residency in Qatar in exchange of the US citizenship - Married an Iraqi lady without reporting and during the time of the war against Iraq He is American. I'm Egyptian. He works for the US embassy in Iraq. What are my chances to win a case? What will happen to him?

It depends upon what you mean by "win a case." You can certainly get a divorce...if you were ever actually married. Consult a local attorney and discuss your situation in detail.
