More details to this question:
My husband and I reside in NJ. He has filed for divorce. I have not been served yet. He has me on his company insurance. Does he have to keep me on until the divorce is final?

In order for the divorce to go through, he will have to prove that he has served a copy of the complaint on you.  You will have to make sure that the court orders that the insurance stay in place until the divorce is finalized.
