My husband is refusing to move out, we are both in agreement for a divorce but he is saying that we will live under the same roof until everything is finalized. I do not think that is conducive and I’m wondering how I can get him to leave without forcing him and making him angry?

You need to file a divorce case in a Texas court, and then make a motion in front of the judge for the relief you seek.
