More details to this question:
My wife and I have lived in a Mitchell - Lama co-op, she purchased a year before I moved, in for 13 years. We have been married for nine years. She now wants a divorce. Am I entitled to any part of the apartments value? My income has been listed in the co-op's financial affidavit, which defines the monthly maintenance,for at least ten years.

That depends upon the circumstances. You could be entitled to some share in the increase in equity in the apartment - but only if your contribution(s) contributed to that increase
