My wife wants a divorce and feels that since the cars are in her name she gets the cars. The cars were purchased within the marriage and we share one bank account. We make a similar amount. Do I have a legal claim to the vehicles.

Yes, Texas is a community property state, and as such, all property obtained during the marriage belongs to both spouses and can be divided by the divorce court regardless of whose name is on the title.
