Transferring the title to my mobile home just in my name

More details to this question:
My ex and I purchased a mobile home, he was unemployed much of the time we were married and in the divorce the judge did not disburse who would receive the home so I continued living there and paid it off in full. I would like to transfer the title so that it is just in my name and not mine and my ex's but he is not willing to sign off on the title. I cannot afford a lawyer is there any way of doing this for free?

Free isn't the issue. You can't just transfer a title - he is an owner. Presumaby you did't have a lawyer when you did your divorce - this should have been handled at the time. You'll have to resolve it through negotiation or go back to court.
