What are considered faulty offense justifying no alimony?

More details to this question:
Does persuading your spouse to purchase a vacation home to be used 10% of time and after house closing for spouse to move in full time justify as faulty offense for not getting alimony? She has not ever come back to full time residence where spouse is employed.

"Faulty offense" is not a legal concept and means nothing. If a spouse does not return to the marital home, the handwriting is in the wall. The marriage is over. This is not a basis on which alimony is or is not required.

Alimony is a negotiated item/amount. Although certain guidelines are considered by the Court, such as life style, earnings of both spouses, length of marriage and others, it can be negotiated. Have you considered Mediation? Although both spouses must agree to mediate, Mediation is Fast, Effective and Affordable. Good luck.
