What can I do about false imprisonment for a TRO that was never filed?

More details to this question:
She lied in court about me to get full custody and money judgement from court. I spent over $30,000 to get 50/50 custody. Is there a way I can recoup my money via a judgement?

Theoretically possible but unlikely. Once the court has accepted testimony and ruled on it, that information and the ruling it issues becomes the law of [this] case. Unless clear and convincing evidence is found and you were able to timely take the matter to the Court of Appeals, you may have to live with it.

Absent some kind of fraud on the court probably not. You could get attorney's fees for a motion for contempt but probably not from a division of property.

You may be able to sue her for abuse of process, malicious prosecution and/or tortious interference with relationship with a child. But I warn you, such a suit would cost you a lot of money as well. Perhaps you can ask the judge in your divorce case to award attorney's feed to you against your former wife for the unnecessary fees she caused you to incur.
