I married a scam artist on August 3, 2013. After wedding, she resided in my residence in Turlock, CA. She convinced me to move shortly after. We moved in to the new house and she immediately started seeking residence in another state behind my back. When I found out that she had acquired a place in Missouri, she had me falsely arrested for domestic violence. She took full advantage of this and cleaned the house out of her and my property. She even took property that was leased under both our names and it is now apparent this was her goal.

Talk to an attorney about whether to file for divorce or a nullity. Sounds like fraud. If your stuff is in Missouri you may have to seek police help once the items have been confirmed by the court as your separate property. If you manage a nullity there was no marriage and you are protected from debts she ran up during the marriage.
