What can I do if my ex is two months behind in paying alimony?

My ex is two months behind in alimony. I had him in contempt last year he got a lawyer and in court offers to paying full and then to pay on time but has not paid on time. Now is two months behind. What can I do I moved to another state and its hard?

You are likely going to have to file another contempt against your ex and request that he pay your attorney fees. If you are out of state, you will probably need to hire a local attorney to handle the case.
