What can I do if my husband lied about his address?

More details to this question:
He also lied about how much money he gives me. We are married 32 years and now that he retired, he takes his pension and files for divorce. I never worked I took care of 3 daughters who are now grown.

If he filed for divorce then you should immediately retain an experienced family law attorney in your area to assist you in determining and enforcing your rights. In Arizona you should be entitled to one half of whatever retirement benefit he acquired during the marriage.

You should see an attorney as you may well have a right to part if that pension after being married so long.

You need to consult with an attorney as soon as possible. If you are in Florida, you are probably entitled to alimony, as well as other financial assets.

Bring it up in the divorce action..hire an attorney to protect your interests because you are probably due alimony/marital support and a ton of the assets.
