What can I do so I would be granted spousal support?

More details to this question:
I'm taking my ex back to court after our divorce was July 25, 2013 to try to have it revisited for him to give me. Well to grant me spousal support, can it be done?

Chances are if it was not in the original divorce you will not get spousal support.

If there is no spousal support in the original decree there can be no later spousal support.

You had your chance and either you didn't ask for it or the judge didn't give it to you. If the appeal period has expired, I think that it is too late.

Usually, if you were entitled to spousal support that matter would have been handled at the time of the divorce. I do not know of anyone who has gotten a case re-opened where no support was awarded. Under some circumstances, people have been awarded permanent support rather than term support, but your case might be a first.
