More details to this question:
We have a dairy farm. Part of the reason for wanting a divorce is my husband destroying my credit & using all our money towards the farm. He ties ALL money into  this farm. Married 6 years, 2 kids(4 & 7), I've stayed at home the whole time. I now homeschool the kids. We  have had this farm for almost 3 years. Gross income about $100-$125k yrly. He's saying I won't get a dime  from him & he"ll hide it in the farm. His dad is a partner in this farm as well. We have 10%, his dad has the rest, but this farm is on our property. The mortgage is held by  previous owners ($300k)  we are so broke from his bad money management, I haven't been able to buy  groceries for a month. My sister has buying the kids  clothing, bedding, & sometimes food for a couple  years now. She cannot keep doing this. I don't know what else you need to know. Thank you.

Without a full analysis of the finances and your tax returns it's impossible to tell. Consult a local attorney and show that attorney the documents.
