QUESTION

What do I do when there are discrepancies on divorce papers?

Asked on Feb 04th, 2013 on Divorce - Colorado
More details to this question:
I have dissolution of marriage papers served to me. Now there are discrepancies on the paperwork my wife filed. We are in the state of Colorado. I have written statements to prove the discrepancy. What can I do? Do I sign paperwork and take the oath? If I do I'd be lying by signing the paperwork.
