Some lawyers are willing to do only one part of a case; many others are worried about being blamed for anything which goes wrong unless they are in charge of the whole case. I don't know what a lawyer would charge for doing the initial paperwork: I have never done it, and I would not want to. But make some phone calls and ask around. However, the counties have fill-in forms to let you do it yourself. So if you are committed to doing it yourself, contact the Clerk of Court, get the papers, and fill them in.
