what options do i have leaving with my kids

More details to this question:
my husband and I are in the beginnings of getting a divorce. he wants to right it up and is bullying me to sign something I don't agree with. its all about custody. He wants it his way and doesn't want to compromise. I am afraid of him. He was in Japan for 4 weeks when he asked me for the divorce and ever since he has been home he has been yelling and and bullying me. and telling me to leave I don't want to leave without my kids what can I do.

Do NOT leave without your kids, and do NOT sign anything you do not agree with. If you have a place to go with your kids, and you can afford to go there (if it is local), go. Otherwise, see a local lawyer and explain all of the facts and get the right advice. Good Luck.
